The City of Tornio uses Icareus’ new SaaS-based video portal to power Tornio Channel, a central hub for live broadcasts, recordings, educational materials, and other city video content.

The channel features content such as city council meetings, resident events, public lectures, cultural programming, brand videos, and resident stories. Tornio is the first customer to adopt the new portal, which can be tailored to the city’s brand, structure, and communication needs.
