The Ilustre Colegio de Médicos de Madrid (ICOMEM), Spain’s largest medical association, launched ICOMEM Media using Icareus Video Cloud to provide doctors and citizens with reliable, evidence-based scientific information.

Founded in 1893, ICOMEM serves as Madrid’s hub for professional, scientific, and cultural medical activities. With nearly 43 000 members, it is a key reference point for continuous medical education and professional development.

Challenge

As a leading institution for medical training, ICOMEM wanted to create an online platform dedicated to the dissemination of scientific and healthcare knowledge.
The goal was to make live and on-demand educational video content easily available to both healthcare professionals and the public.

The new video service needed to:
